Rester centr\u00e9 est un acte de force.<\/p>

Prot\u00e9ger sa souverainet\u00e9 int\u00e9rieure est un acte de responsabilit\u00e9.<\/p>

La souverainet\u00e9 mentale signifie :<\/p>

  • Ne pas r\u00e9agir \u00e0 chaque impulsion.<\/li>
  • Ne pas c\u00e9der \u00e0 toutes les tendances.<\/li>
  • Ne pas confier le discernement \u00e0 la technologie.<\/li>
  • Ne pas laisser le bruit dicter les valeurs.<\/li><\/ul>

    Il s'agit de garder l'esprit - consciemment.<\/p>

    \u00c0 une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 tout s'acc\u00e9l\u00e8re, l'immobilit\u00e9 devient une discipline.<\/p>
