Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (mainland), Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding the Canary Islands), Sweden, and Switzerland.

If your country is not listed above, please contact us directly. We will be pleased to explore available shipping options whenever possible.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or parcel collection centers.

Production & Delivery

Many of our products are individually produced or made to order. Production therefore begins shortly after your order has been confirmed.

Once your order has been completed and prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email together with tracking information (where available).

Estimated delivery is generally within 10 business days, although delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, product availability, and customs procedures where applicable.

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, we work with carefully selected shipping partners. Larger shipments may be handled by specialized logistics providers.

Taxes & Duties

Product prices displayed in our shop do not include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).

Where required, the applicable VAT will be calculated and added automatically during the checkout process based on your delivery country and the applicable legal requirements.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Personalized & Made-to-Order Products

Many of the products offered through our shop are individually produced or personalized specifically for each order.

For this reason, orders cannot normally be modified or cancelled once production has begun.

Returns & Exchanges

Because most of our products are made to order or personalized, they are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• your order number;
• a brief description of the issue;
• two or three photographs clearly showing the product.

Our team will carefully review your request and work with you to find a fair and appropriate solution.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Where a return has been approved, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from our error.

International orders containing personalized or made-to-order merchandise are generally considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless required by applicable consumer protection laws or where the item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
