SHIPPING:

Note: The prices given on product pages are inclusive of statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components.

WE SHIP TO:

Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Italy, Spain (except Canary Islands), France (Mainland), Netherlands, Luxemburg, Belgium, Irland, Sweden, Finnland, Denmark, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Hungary, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Greece

For shipping to countries, that are not listed above, please contact us directly for further arrangements.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and Delivery/Pick-up Centers.

We work with various shipping service providers. We cannot individually control which service provider will specifically ship your package. Depending on when your package is ready for shipment and the region to which the order is being sent, we hand it over to the service provider that can deliver it as quickly as possible.

For particularly large packages, we collaborate with the logistics company DACHSER.

As soon as you have completed the order, it goes directly into production. After your order has been fully produced and made ready for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

Once your package has left our facility, you will receive a tracking link, from which you can find out exactly which service provider will be delivering your package. Typically, we deliver within 10 business days from the time of your order.

 

REVOCATION:

Since all articles produced by us are made to order, individual custom-made products, they are excluded from revocation.

 

CANCELLATION/RETURNS: 

As we offer almost exclusively personalized and made-to-order products, they are exempt from the regular exchange policy.

In order to meet our delivery times and keep them as short as possible, production of your order begins immediately upon its receipt. Therefore, making changes or canceling your order at a later stage is not possible. As these are products that are custom-made, returns are also not accepted.

However, your satisfaction is of great importance to us. If you are not satisfied with any of your products, please send us an email at saveasoul@tvafoundation.org. Please attach 2-3 photos of the received product directly to your email and briefly explain why you are not satisfied. We will be happy to individually explore an appropriate solution for you.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping and handling charges, which will not be refunded.

INTERNATIONAL MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE AND IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
